Meet The Crew
-
Who We Are
At its core, Ski or Die NY is just a group of friends united by a shared addiction for New York winters - whether we're lapping the resort, sending it deep into the backcountry, or getting buried in feet of lake-effect magic.
-
Our Mission
Sent by Lady Liberty herself, the crew is in pursuit to bring New Yorkers a film that showcases the soul behind Upstate skiing. The ice, the epic, the locals who live for it, and everything in between. We're here to ski it all. One Storm at a Time.

Why New York
The land of apples, skyscrapers, and ski resorts. For too long, the Empire State has been overshadowed by New England; we're out to prove it can be just as good (and bad) as anywhere else. From the slides of the 'Dacks to the glades of the Cats, New York's got it all.
Brendan Williams
Founder of Ski or Die NY, Brendan grew up alongside his twin brother on the Tug Hill where they learned to ski. Fueled by his passion of photography, he's always behind the lens trying to capture the crew on their powder-filled endeavors. Known for his ambition to explore the High Peaks and their numerous landslides, he also writes for New York Ski Blog, sharing the stoke and stories from every adventure. Brendan's equal parts skier, photographer, and storyteller, all in the name of presenting what the Empire State has to offer.

Bailey Williams
Brendan's younger copy, Bailey grew up chasing every storm that Lake Ontario produces. Known for taking epic POVs and sending big cliffs, Bailey brings elevates the vibe everyday on snow. Fun fact: he held the New York State catfish record for two years, because apparently dominating the lake comes naturally. Equal parts skier, cameraman, and legend of snow and water alike.

Andrew "Rammer" Ramsey
If you can’t find Andrew, check Whiteface, the High Peaks, or the nearest Stewart’s Shop with Mountain Brew on sale. Originally from the Capital Region, he grew up skiing Willard Mountain and eventually moved north to ski as much as possible. From sketchy backcountry lines, to always wanting to build a booter, or fooling around in the park, you can always find Andrew having a good time.

Jack Conners "Jack Adirondack"
Originally from the Southern Adirondacks, Jack grew up skiing Gore Mountain and chasing every line he could find. Always the wizard behind the camera lens, he has a knack for making any day look amazing whether it’s a perfect powder run or a messy park session. When he’s not pointing a camera at the crew, you can find him exploring the backcountry, testing out new lines, and making sure every turn is captured just right. Equal parts skier, photographer, and all-around mountain enthusiast.

Kyle Wilson "Tug Hill Bandit"
A Tug Hill legend, Kyle grew up skiing Dry Hill Ski Resort and chasing every storm the lake effect could throw at him. Known as the master of lake effect POV videos, he has an uncanny ability to make even the gnarliest whiteouts look cinematic. You can usually find him hootin’ and hollarin’ in clips, carving through powder, or scheming his next epic shot. Equal parts skier, storyteller, and snow-chaser.
